Training Location: Fort Hutchinson

Training Dates: October 18th-20th, 2019

We will be conducting Operation Ham radio. This is another member request for training.

The weekend will include the following:

• Understanding and using your Baofung uv5r, uv82
• Antenna tower installation on Fort Hutchinson property
• Building antennas and installing them on the tower duel band, CB, and FRS
• How to test your antennas for peak performance
• Installation of ham radio on Fort Hutchinson for training usage for other training events
• Wilderness 1 and 2 Challenges available

If you need your radio program we will have that available as well.  If time allows we can practice using your radio with other members on the property.

Event starts at 15:00 hours on Friday 10/18 and ends 15:00 hours on Sunday 10/20. Primitive camping on site.
