Hello fellow Virginia Oath Keepers,

I would like to request your support for the open position of Sergeant at Arms for the state.

The office of the SAA is primarily as conduct resolution, and investigation of alleged violations of the bylaws and code of conduct. This requires the ability to communicate clearly, and effectively to respond appropriately to resolve disagreements, and conduct investigations. As a corrections officer with 15 years of service, I have served in several capacities including supervision and leadership. Running a housing unit of up to 60 inmates as a single officer clearly requires the ability to communicate effectively. As a sergeant, the ability to lead fellow officers, resolve situations within the facility, and conduct preliminary investigations of use of force incidents by staff is so critical to the job.

As Virginia Oath keepers, the personalities and issues will naturally be very different than an inmate population, but the skill set and experience gained is directly applicable to the roll as SAA. As an experienced and decorated officer, I have what is needed to be effective in this roll.

As a founding member of the Virginia Oath Keepers, I am fully vested in the mission of our organization. I am committed to doing all I am capable of doing to help it continue to grow as a professional organization that will lead the way in education of the US Constitution in the state, and even in Washington! Our home guard division along with training will ensure we are prepared for whatever may come.

I pledge to continue to serve the Virginia Oath Keepers in whatever capacity the membership should so choose. I ask for your support for the office of SAA.

In liberty
